    1. Tap on Clocks from the main screen.

  • Here are the most common reasons people don’t get the email with the code:

    1. You misspelled your email address. This is by far the most common reason. Trust me, go back and double check your spelling.

    2. Wait. Sometimes emails like this get delayed by your inbox provider. It’s rare, but it could take up to 10 minutes.

    3. Check your Junk/Spam/Trash folders! You’d be surprised how many times verification emails get automatically redirected to one of these folders.

    4. Your inbox is full. This happens more than you'd expect. Delete some large attachments to let new emails in.

If you still haven’t received the code, send me an email (parker@saynomo.com) with the email you used to register and I'll help you out. Sometimes spam filters stop it from even hitting the spam folder. Sorry for the hassle!

  • Item descriptionI'm despartely trying to fix the bug that's causing some people to not be able to log in. Unfortunately, I'm not able to recraete the issue on my end so I'm flying blind with updates.

If you'd like to help me figure this out, please join the Nomo Beta Tester Group. Apple allows me to send out test versions of the app through their beta tester AppStore called TestFlight. You won't lose any of your data if you join and you can go back to using the normal version of Nomo at any time. To join the group, just tap this link: Join the Nomo Beta Tester Group

  • Everything you do in Nomo is saved to the cloud, but it's also saved directly on your device. Sometimes things get jumbled up and start causing problems. If you experience any issues with Nomo, clearing the cache will solve 99% of them. Be warned! There is a "Sync Status" row just above the "Clear Cache" option. If that shows you haven't synced everything, it means clearling your cache will get rid of any changes that haven't been saved to the cloud. If it shows that you're not synced, make sure you have an internet connection. It will sync automatically.

  • Notifications are super finiky sometimes. There's a chance notifications are disabled for Nomo in the app's settings. Go into your phone's settings and swipe down until you see a list of your apps. Find Nomo and tap on it. Now, tap on Notifications. Make sure the toggle switch is turned on.

  • Please shoot me an email and let me know if there's anything I can fix or update that would change your mind. Otherwise, you can delete your account from inside the app itself by tapping on Settings and scrolling to the very bottom. If you don't want to do that, you can delete your account using this link: https://saynomo.com/deletemyaccount.php
